Hospitality Trainers reshuffled

DLS has recently reshuffled its line of trainers for various good reasons. The latest list is as follows :

Program Co-ordinator : Pn Sarina Salim

Responsibility : Incharge of all DLS SKM Programs Level 2 & 3, ensuring documentations are up-to-date including attendance record and Assessment Papers, and to brief other trainers on outstanding matters, and also to ensure the apprentices are all doing what they are supposed to do..

Trainers Level 2 :

  1. Front Desk Assistant : Mr Ray
  2. Food & Beverage Captain : Mr Rashidi Rejab
  3. Senior Chambermaid : Pn Rusanah Chin
  4. Demi Chef : Pn Rokiyah Abu Hassan / Pn Zainun Bidin

Trainers Level 3 :

  1. Housekeeping Supervisor : Pn Rusanah Chin
  2. Food & Beverage Supervisor : Mr Faisal Md Saleh
  3. Chef de Partie : Mr Ray

Responsibility : Trainers are responsible to ensure

  • Modules are taught based on schedule
  • Logbooks are written as per requirement
  • Attendance is signed and ticked accordingly
  • Assessment Papers are carried out and marked as per requirement
  • Apprentices are taking responsibilities as they should
  • AVA is prepared for each module and used in theory classes
  • Classes are carried out at the highest standard possible with positive outputs

Soft Skill Trainer : Mr Ray – Incharge of carrying out various soft skills and leadership classes at least 2 times for each SKM course including :
