DjRay or Raizam Tamin is an Australian trained food technologist and entrepreneur, with more than 17 years experience value-adding hospitality businesses in Malaysia, Australia, Peru, Republic of Guinea and Republic of Congo Africa. Raizam ventured into teaching and training since 2000, and has completed his Vocational Training Officer, organised by The Human Resource Ministry of Malaysia.
He is able to speak English, Malay, French, Spanish, Arabic and Thai.
DjRay currently runs and owns DLanguage STUDIO Langkawi as principal consultant and trainer. He conducts English, French and Malay Language Programs, Hospitality Programs (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia Level 1-3) and Customer Service Programs. Zamari is a Tourism Management graduate. He is currently a Managing Director of Le Shuttle Event, General Manager and Customer Service Trainer of Tapah Rest House, an organiser of International Motocross Perak, and a General Manager of Tourism Kiosk at Kuala Perlis, Perlis.
He is registered as a Vocational Training Officer of Skills Department Human Resource Ministry of Malaysia, in the fields of hospitality.
He has successfully conducted hospitality courses and training at Tapah Rest House based on the guidelines set by the skills department. In his vast experience over 22 years value-added skills in the hospitality and tourism industry, he has successfully provided outstanding performance in various posts in hotels and resorts including Merlin Hotel, Casuarina Hotel & nineteen81 Tapah Rest House.
He has also traveled all around the world while rendering services in tourism & travel operations related companies such as Sime Darby Travel, Sri America Travel, AAM Travel and many more. He was a speaker for UITM & UTTAR Students on Tourism & Event Management related topics.

ZAIDI is a graduate in BUSINESS ADMINSTRATIONS in TOURISM STUDY, UNIVERSITI UTARA MALAYSIA (UUM). He is proficient in ENGLISH, MALAY and able to speak at communicational level in Arabic. He has been a Resort Manager at Beringin Beach Resort, Langkawi, Kedah since 2001 till present. MS RENUKKA KANDIAH
Ms Renukka Kandiah possesses a Bachelor degree from Universiti Putra Malaysia and has about 10 years working experience in hospitality industry abroad and local and in financial industry working in and for foreign and local banks.
Renukka has hands on experience in training staffs in hotel industry and financial industry on soft skills and customer service. Renukka was part of the pioneer team who had initiated the customer quality coaching values and customer satisfaction value in her previous work place. She is also accredited for call coaching at work place.
As for her training credentials, her trademark courses includes Delivering Excellent Customer Service, New Hires Training, Handling Difficult Customers, Call Centre Technology, Implementing KPI for Organizational Success, Coaching for Improved Performance, Complaint Handling, Leadership Skills, Getting the Best Out of Your Employees, TeleSales and various other contact centre trainings.
She has trained various call centre agents / hotel staffs; spearheading customer service skills upgrading, personal development and inspiring transformational growth in contact centre agents and hotel staffs. Ms Chou, English and Mandarin Facilitator
Ms Chou Nyok Kuen is able to communicate in English, Mandarin and Malay. She is an English and Mandarin facilitator and an entrepreneur with value-added 8 years of industrial experience and in teaching fields. Over the years, she has attended language courses and finally offered to teach the adults. She has successfully conducted Mandarin Courses for Langkawi Tourism Action Council between 2006 – 2009 and English courses for DLanguage STUDIO Langkawi from 2005 until present. Initially she started as a kindergarten teacher and was later on promoted to Principal of Tadika Aman Kindergarten, in which she contributed her service for 3 years. She had led the school with a proven track record of effective leadership before she ventured into adults teaching in 2005.

Rusanah Chin, English Facilitator
Rusanah Chin started her working career in 1987 as a senior chambermaid at Pelangi Beach Resort Langkawi. She was promoted to the position of a Supervisor the following year and then from there to Senior Supervisor the following year. Looking for more exposure, after 4 years she left the hospitality industry, she joined a retail outlet at the then Delima Resort as store supervisor.
In 2001, opportunity knocked at her door for something that was her passion – teaching. She found herself attached to a local kindergarten for six months before realizing that home tutoring was lacking in Langkawi. She then embarked on facilitating classes for primary students for English language, Malay language alongside with Mathematics and Science. The demand for English language classes was on the rise and in 2006, She fully concentrated in only one subject, English, till to date. From time to time, she also conducts classes for primary and secondary school students in basic English communication with DLanguage Studio Langkawi.
